How to Qualify This Application

Select the collet according to the actual tool shank diameter and the supported clamping range. Use a compatible ER32 holder and nut, and ensure the tool shank, collet bore, and contact surfaces are clean before assembly.

For stable clamping, seat the collet correctly in the nut, insert the tool shank to an appropriate depth, and inspect the collet slots before use. Replace damaged, worn, or deformed collets.
